IMPORTANT – AGE RESTRICTION

This Website sells nicotine-containing products. Under UK law (Nicotine Inhaling Products (Age of Sale and Proxy Purchasing) Regulations 2015), it is illegal to sell nicotine products to anyone under 18 years of age.

2. Products – Important Warnings

  • All products sold on fumot.uk contain nicotine unless clearly stated as 0mg / nicotine-free.
  • WARNING: Nicotine is an addictive chemical.
  • Our products are intended for use by existing adult smokers and vapers only. They are not suitable for non-smokers, pregnant or breastfeeding women, persons with heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes or persons taking medication for depression or asthma.
  • Disposable vapes are single-use electronic cigarettes. Once the battery or e-liquid is depleted, the product should be disposed of responsibly in accordance with local WEEE regulations – do NOT put in household waste.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

Displaying products on the Website does not constitute an offer to sell. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (even after confirmation) for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Suspected underage purchase
  • Failure of age verification
  • Stock unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspicion of fraud

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately.

6. Returns & Refunds – Disposable Vapes

Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on used or opened disposable vapes.

Unopened, unused disposable vapes may be returned within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided they are in resaleable condition. Return postage is your responsibility.

Defective / faulty products are covered under our statutory rights guarantee.

7. Age Verification Policy

We are legally required to verify that all customers are 18+. We may use third-party age verification services and/or request photographic ID before processing or dispatching orders.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product(s) in question.
