Returns of Products

We gladly accept returns for all items that remain unopened, unused, and in perfect condition within **7 days** of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. However, return shipping fees are determined at our discretion and may vary depending on the circumstances. This amount will be deducted from your refund total.

Important Note: All e-liquids are strictly non-returnable once opened or if the seal has been broken, due to hygiene regulations.

Warranty Information

Because of the personal and hygienic nature of vaping products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used items for health and safety reasons.

Hardware & Equipment

Our standard policy includes a **7-day warranty** starting from the delivery date. For claims after this period, please contact the manufacturer directly.

This warranty does **not** cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, leaks caused by improper handling, or third-party components.

Within the 7-day window, we offer a one-time replacement or full refund to the original payment method at our discretion.

Disposable Vapes

Warranty decisions for disposable e-cigarettes are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. For any inquiries, please email [email protected].

Defective disposable products will be refunded via the original payment method. We do not provide exchanges or replacements for disposables.

Covered issues: DOA (dead on arrival), auto-firing, leaking upon receipt.

Not covered: Flavor preferences, battery life expectancy, or general performance after use.

Non-Returnable / Non-Warrantied Items

  • Replacement coils, pods, glass tanks, drip tips, atomizers, and e-liquids (once opened).

Defective Products

Items found to be defective within **14 days** of purchase may be exchanged. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or faulty from the outset.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Please report any missing or damaged items within **48 hours** of delivery. Glass components and accessories are not covered under warranty unless damaged upon arrival.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, email us at [email protected]with the subject line: “Cancellation Request: Order #[Your Order Number]”.

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. You may refuse delivery or return the package for a refund (subject to our return policy).

All refunds are issued to the original payment method. If a refund cannot be processed to the original method, store credit may be offered instead.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Fumot.uk is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered but later reported lost or stolen. Any such claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
